- 1-3 years of DC Tech Experience (Break/Fix, Deployment, troubleshooting)
- Computer Networking experience
- Python, Bash or other scripting languages experience
- Experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS
- Maintain data center operations to ensure high availability, reliability, and consistent service levels
- Perform hardware and network diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Conduct root cause analysis for hardware and software failures and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical support and guidance to data center teams
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Deliver training to internal teams on systems, tools, and processes
- Create and maintain scripts to support updates to server and networking hardware
- Manage and track inventory of data center equipment and assets
- Assemble, install, and configure data center hardware and equipment
- Perform maintenance and calibration of testing and tooling equipment
- Travel occasionally to support operations at other data center locations
- Expect 10 hours shifts & weekend work, OT is a possibility
- Hands-on experience with computer hardware, including troubleshooting, assembly, and repair
- Working knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Ability to meet physical job requirements, with reasonable accommodations as needed
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated or confined spaces when required
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment, including participation in on-call rotations and providing after-hours support
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and respond quickly to urgent issues in a fast-paced environment
This is a Contract position based out of Red Oak, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
