Upstream Flow Controller – Buyer

Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager, the Upstream Flow Controller – Buyer manages supplier relationships, procurement execution, and inbound material flow to support uninterrupted production.
What will you do?
- Manage MRP and supplier order execution
- Ensure material availability and resolve shortages
- Manage replenishment backlog and supplier schedules
- Monitor ERP messages and escalate recurring issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve supply flow
- Support inventory accuracy and discrepancy resolution
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business
- 1–3 years in procurement or supply chain
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Negotiation and supplier coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organization
- Ability to manage dynamic priorities

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
