What

are your contributions to the team?
  • Utilize strong analytical and data analysis skills to support production decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with groups of 10‑15 leaders by presenting information, updates, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in coordinating work by assigning tasks to leaders and following up to ensure completion and accountability.
  • Support production operations through an understanding of key manufacturing priorities, including safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
  • Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn, adapting quickly to new processes, tools, and responsibilities.
  • Contribute to leadership development goals by applying business and manufacturing knowledge while pursuing a degree in business.
