Commissioning Technician

• Oversee quality assurance and process control across manufacturing operations to safeguard product integrity
• Lead and coach team members on quality standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Partner with procurement and suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Manage quality protocols during new manufacturing line setups and process changes through rigorous change management

• Coaching — intermediate level; developing team capabilities and reinforcing quality standards on the floor
• Quality control & inspection — intermediate level; executing inspections and validating compliance throughout production
• Problem solving — intermediate level; identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
