Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging $0.35–$3.00 per hour may be paid for certain schedules, facilities, seasons, or specific work.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They maintain a clean and safe environment, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area.
