AVERAGE PAY RANGE WITH BONUSES AND SPIFFS: $19 TO $23 PER HOUR.

NEW HIRE BONUS RAMP UP STRUCTURE. All new hires for MOBILE ASSOCIATE AND RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER positions (excluding any promotions) receive a simple $400 payout.

As a Retail Sales Representative, you are the face of our company and the most important position for generating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be the first line of contact for our customers every day, engaging to drive sales and matching your income to the work you put in.
