Greet retail and installer customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with merchandise selection;
Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed;
Provide excellent service to customers calling the store by answering calls and quoting prices, and offering related items;
Handle cash drawer, accept payments, process credit card transactions, and manage exchanges/returns per policy;
Perform daily store operations including stocking, planogram updates, freight receival, and basic in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries) as state laws allow
