• Lead crews in the installation, troubleshooting, service, and programming/commissioning of security and access control devices
• Coordinate daily job site activities and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Install door hardware (mag locks, electric strikes, etc.)
• Install, service, troubleshoot, and oversee CCTV system deployments
• Read and interpret access control and CCTV blueprints, drawings, and project documentation
• Perform system testing, commissioning, and quality control inspections
• Work safely on ladders/lifts (comfortable with heights)
• Support additional low voltage systems as needed at commercial and industrial sites (schools, hospitals, offices, warehouses, etc.)
• Mentor junior technicians and ensure workmanship meets project specifications and industry standards

• 5+ years of commercial installation experience with access control and CCTV systems
• Previous experience leading crews or supervising technicians on commercial projects
• Strong working knowledge of telecom, security, and data networks
• Experience programming and commissioning access control and CCTV systems
• Ability to read blueprints, manage project workflows, and coordinate with customers and project managers
• Manufacturer certifications, BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications a plus
• Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)
• Willingness to travel to job sites within Texas as needed
