This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor located in Red Wing, MN. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, acting as the main point of contact between customers and the service team. Responsibilities include scheduling maintenance and repair appointments, coordinating with technicians, offering detailed service recommendations to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and transparent communication.

• Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair processes to provide clients with accurate and expert service recommendations
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to consistently provide an excellent client experience
• Effective Communication skills that enable clear discussion of service needs, costs, and scheduling with customers and team members
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and organization
• Basic computer literacy for scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping systems
• Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a bonus
