! This full‑time role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting customers, managing detailed account information, and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Customer Service Manager, Account Managers, Purchasing, and Production Planning teams to ensure exceptional service for assigned accounts.
This position requires strong communication skills, excellent organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office — especially Excel. Schedule- Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm with a 1/2 hour lunch
- $20-$23/hr.
- Weekly paychecks every Friday
- Manage the order book and forecast book for each assigned account Monitor open orders, track changes, and promptly communicate updates to customers, the CSR Supervisor, Purchasing, Account Managers, and Production Planning.
- Process and manage all customer activity Handle purchase orders, quotes, expedite requests, RMAs, and all supporting tasks for assigned accounts.
- Maintain accurate customer files and forecasts Keep forecast files current, ensure pricing and discount schedules are up to date, and maintain organized customer records.
- Provide product and service support Use technical catalogs and price books to assist customers with product information, basic troubleshooting, and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships Communicate regularly via phone and email, ensuring timely responses and a service‑oriented approach.
- Support internal teams and cross‑department communication Collaborate with Account Managers on sales strategies, coordinate with Production Planning on customer needs, and share critical customer or market information with relevant departments.
- Participate in planning, improvement, and compliance efforts Assist in developing and implementing plans, policies, and procedures. Support OSHA and environmental compliance, maintain good housekeeping, and follow all safety requirements.
- Maintain technical and administrative accuracy Back up PC files weekly, stay current on software updates through training or continued education, and complete all assigned tasks and reports on time.
- Contribute to team meetings and training Actively participate in meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned Remain flexible and ready to support additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
- Meet quality work standards and follow all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements

- Follow all safety rules, policies, and evacuation procedures
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of technical customer service or inside sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proper command of the English language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
