- Schedule:
Monday-Friday; 6.5 hours per day; following the school calendar - Hours:
8:30am-3:30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch - Daily start and end times are subject to future change based on student needs
21.08 to 22.24 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications, pursuant to the Red Wing Education Support Personnel Association Master Agreement.

- Highly organized, responsible, and able to follow directions.
- Hold or be eligible for Highly Qualified status as defined by Minnesota state requirements (e.g., Associate’s degree or higher, or successful completion of the Para Pro Assessment), or willingness to become Highly Qualified upon hire.
- Experience with specific disabilities (e.g., autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders) is a plus.
