Approx. 8:35 AM 2:55 PM (Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch)

Pay Rate: $21.08 $ 22.24 / hour based on experience and qualifications, and pursuant to the Red Wing Education Support Personnel Association Master Agreement.

In this role, you will work side-by-side with teachers to provide vital instructional and behavioral support to students with special needs. You are organized, responsible, and ready to collaborate closely with classroom teachers.
Qualifications:
You hold an Associate's degree (or higher) OR have passed the Para Pro Assessment. Don't have this yet? If you have a high school diploma and a willingness to take the Para Pro assessment upon hire, we still want to hear from you! We will help you navigate the process to reach "Highly Qualified" status. Experience with autism spectrum disorder or learning disabilities is a plus, but not required.
