Precision HR is currently hiring Paraprofessionals to support students with severe and complex special needs in person in Red Wing, MN.
Pay:
- Level 4 High School Paras: $25/hr.
- paid weekly! - General Ed Middle School: $22/hr.
- paid weekly!
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:45am - 3:00pm
- At least 60 college credits or an Associate’s degree
- A passing score (460+) on the Para Pro Assessment
- Supporting students with academic and behavioral growth, including IEP goals
- Collaborating with classroom teachers to enhance learning experiences
- Creating a safe, inclusive space where every student feels valued
