We're seeking a compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA), CNA, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, DSP, or Personal Care Attendant to provide one-on-one care for an older woman who lives independently in her fully accessible home.

This isn't a nursing home or assisted living facility. You'll care for one individual, build a genuine relationship, and help her maintain the independence, dignity, and quality of life she values.

Whether you're an experienced caregiver looking for additional hours or someone with a natural heart for helping others, we'd love to meet you.

We're currently looking for someone available for:

• Morning hours to assist with getting ready for the day
• Evening hours to assist with bedtime routines
• Part-time, consistent scheduling

We'll work together to build a schedule that provides consistency for both you and the client.

• Assist with dressing, bathing, grooming, and personal care
• Help with transfers and mobility
• Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assist with medication reminders and daily routines
• Occasionally provide transportation to appointments or activities
• Communicate observations with the family and care team

• Kind, patient, dependable, and trustworthy
• Comfortable working independently in a private home
• Experience as a PCA, CNA, DSP, Home Health Aide, Caregiver, or similar role is preferred, but not required
• We're happy to train someone with the right attitude and genuine compassion
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Able to assist with transfers and mobility
• Able to pass a background check

• Starting pay of $20/hour
• One client—not multiple patients or rotating assignments
