As a Resident Assistant / Caregiver at Deer Crest
, you’ll do much more than help with daily routines. You’ll get to know the people you support: their stories, preferences, personalities and the things that make their days meaningful.

As a Resident Assistant
, you will provide hands‑on personal daily care, medication support, and daily living assistance to seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. This role plays a vital part in promoting resident independence, dignity, safety, and overall well‑being. No medication administration experience? No problem. Training will be provided.
