Work Details: 20–40 hours per week during the summer, primarily evenings, weekends, and late afternoons. Additional part‑time availability (up to 20 hours per week) may be accepted in May, September and October.

• Clean guest rooms and public areas, including windows, doors, walls, floors, closets, fixtures, bathrooms, and furniture following standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cleaning cart and supplies.
• Replenish guest rooms and baths with amenities, supplies, and linen.
• Inspect rooms for repairs or faulty fixtures; replace batteries, light bulbs, etc., and report requests for repairs to supervisor or maintenance.
• Remove trash, dirty linens, and room‑service items.
• Vacuum carpets, clean floors, and perform floor care duties.
• Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Perform rotation cleaning duties (steam cleaning carpets, spring cleaning, deep cleaning, etc.) as required.
• Enhance the property's reputation by taking ownership of and completing new and different requests.

• Six to twelve months of related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
