The targeted hiring range for this position is $15.08 - $20.05 per hour depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement.

Job DescriptionAre you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional service? Join our Banquet team es Hotel as a Bartender! We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to provide superior service to our guests, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience.
Responsibilities- Greet guests with a smile, take orders, and serve food and beverages (alcoholic and non‑alcoholic) with professionalism and warmth.
- Dispense appropriate levels of alcohol and prepare drinks according to recipes and hotel standards.
- Adhere to all hotel, local, state, and federal regulations to ensure safe and proper food and alcohol service.
- Maintain full knowledge of all food, cocktail, wine, and beer offerings to assist guests effectively.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the entire restaurant.
- Use all equipment properly and adhere to cost controls to minimize expenses and waste.
- Work as a team player, contributing to the success of the bar, restaurant, and events.
- Accurately handle cash and reconcile bartender financials at the end of the shift.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide efficient and timely services.
- Two years of related customer service experience, preferably with cash handling.
- Basic computer skills, strong written and oral communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
