We are seeking a field technician to provide onsite technical support across multiple business locations within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality end-user support, resolving technical issues, installing and maintaining it equipment, and ensuring a positive customer experience through responsive and professional service.

• pos point of sales experience
• retail store working experience
• plug and play device install
• hardware troubleshooting and repair (pcs, laptops, printers, tablets, mobile devices, servers)
• basic technical trouble shooting skills
• ability to work independently while collaborating across teams

• manage checklist document

• strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for helping users
• ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers
• ability to provide status updates and manage customer expectations according to sla requirements
• check in and delivering pictures and documentation

wage range: the rate for this position is between $24.00 - $32.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
