Are you looking to be part of a fast-paced, small team in a fast-growing manufacturing company? We are looking for a quality technician to join our growing team.

Located in Red Wing, Minnesota, Elektro Assemblies is a leader in the manufacturing of all wire our customers wire needs; from single wire to complex large harnesses. We help customers in a variety of industries including automotive, healthcare, technology, and food equipment, just to name a few.

We are looking for a self-directed ambitious team member that wants to be part of a high performance quality team, that can utilize their skills to contribute to the growth of the business!

Responsibilities
  • Perform incoming, in‑process, and final inspections using gauges, measurement tools, and test equipment.
  • Document inspection results, nonconformances, and rework accurately.
  • Read and interpret prints, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Assist with first‑article inspections and sample layouts.
  • Support root‑cause analysis and corrective actions under guidance from engineering or quality staff.
  • Help maintain calibration of gauges and test equipment.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail, good record‑keeping, and basic computer skills.
  • Willingness to work closely with production on the shop floor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework a plus.
  • A life learner.

Salary: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
