We're looking for a hands-on Assembly Technician - Wood Box/Crate Builder to join our team and help build custom crates and packaging that keep our work safe from shop to jobsite.
What You'll Do:
- Build custom and standard wood crates, boxes, skids, and pallets
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand and power tools
- Work from drawings, work orders, and team direction
- Ensure crates meet Mactech quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support shipping and operations as needed
- Woodworking, assembly, or construction experience preferred
- Comfortable using hand and power tools safely
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Team-first mindset aligned with Mactech's safety culture
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
