Operate screen printing equipment by attaching screens to machines, pouring paint onto screens, and activating the machine to push paint through the screen onto products, repeating this process 400 or more times per shift.;
Keep the screen printing area clear, clean, and free of contaminants to protect paint quality and finished products.;
Rinse and prepare parts after excess metal removal and stage them properly for painting, ensuring they are ready for downstream processes.;
Patience and focus to perform high-volume, detail-oriented work such as screen printing and wiping operations.;
Ability to work on a production line and in a warehouse production or production assembly environment.
