- Set up and operate manual mills, lathes, boring equipment, and other shop machinery.
- Machine, modify, repair, and fabricate precision components to customer specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Perform accurate measurements and quality checks using precision inspection tools.
- Assist with equipment assembly, testing, and preparation prior to shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and service teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot machining challenges and recommend process improvements when appropriate.
