• Set up and operate manual mills, lathes, boring equipment, and other shop machinery.
• Machine, modify, repair, and fabricate precision components to customer specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform accurate measurements and quality checks using precision inspection tools.
• Assist with equipment assembly, testing, and preparation prior to shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and service teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot machining challenges and recommend process improvements when appropriate.
