Manufacturer Field Representative

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturer Field Representative to join their team. As a Manufacturer Field Representative, you will be part of the Manufacturing Support Department supporting the Field Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturer Field Representative

Location: Red Wing, MN

Pay Range: $20-22/hr

• Interpret blueprints for process assembly and ensure quality conformance.
• Manage parts inventory to meet workflow demands and business expectations.
• Examine parts for imperfections in form and texture.
• Follow quality processes during assembly and final inspection to meet standards.
• Operate hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for spooling and crimping functions.

• HS diploma
• 2 years in an assembly and quality control in a cGMP manufacturing environment
• Strong skill set for interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to manage inventory effectively.
• Experience in inspecting parts for quality and imperfections.
• Proficiency in operating hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement activities.
