Boiler Operator - Red Wing, MN

This is a full-time, hourly position based in Red Wing, MN. Hours per week: 42 hour average. Starting Pay: $35.79 – 37.79 (Shift differential of $1.40). Duration:
Month long assignment with possibility of extension.

Shift: Rotating shift, weekends and holidays (12 schedule). Job duties include, but are not limited to: operating the facility's boilers and water treatment systems, water treatment laboratory testing and monitoring, boiler operation monitoring, accurate logging of data, equipment troubleshooting and basic maintenance, receiving/handling of fuel oil and water treatment chemicals, assist with performing annual boiler internal inspections and cleaning, monitoring facility cooling tower treatment program, general housekeeping duties and assisting with rail car movements if needed.

Overtime or call in's may be required to cover vacations, absences or during plant shutdowns. Commitment to ADM's expectation of a zero injury safety culture, understand and follow company safety procedures. Minimum Experience

Required:

Prefer Minnesota 1st Class A Engineering license but will consider a 1-B, 2-A or 2-B license. High school education or equivalent is required.
