Assembler – Red Wing, MN

This role involves assembling products, operating machinery, picking and packing finished goods, inspecting items, and maintaining record keeping using computers. The position requires safe work practices and collaboration within a team to meet production deadlines.

• Work efficiently, effectively, and collaborate in a team setting while following operating procedures and/or customer specifications to produce quality products delivered on time.
• Operate machines or stations assembling product, picking & packing finished goods, and/or inspecting products; duties vary by opening.
• Use hand and power tools and may be required to operate powered industrial vehicles.
• Use computers to run process operations, input data, update inventory, and perform related tasks.
• Demonstrate safe work behaviors to avoid injury and contribute to continuous improvement and problem‑solving.

• High School Diploma, GED, or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work a fixed first, second, or third shift of 8 to 10 hours, depending on availability.
• Must reliably commute from or be willing to relocate to Red Wing, MN.
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience in a fast‑paced environment (preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge and effective communication skills.
• Problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to collaborate and work within a team setting.

Competitive pay starting at $25.07/hour ($26.13/hour for 2nd and 3rd shift openings) plus a $1.50 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift openings.
