Located in Red Wing, Minnesota, Elektro Assemblies is a leader in manufacturing all wire needs; from single wire to complex large harnesses. We help customers in a variety of industries including automotive, healthcare, technology, and food equipment, just to name a few.

Core Competencies Critical To Succeed In This Role Include- Ability to perform routine replenishment of raw materials - executing on MRP actions (generating and sending purchase orders to support planned and scheduled production).
- Accurate and complete kitting of production orders; right part, right place, the right time, every time.
- Complete and accurate shipping (Complete and on time - COT).
- Complete, accurate, and efficient receiving of raw materials.
- Ability to inspect and validate to specification all incoming products and materials.
- Able to analyze and complete root cause analysis, and corrective actions related to supplier performance.
- Able to effectively and efficiently utilize data to drive supplier performance: quality, delivery, and cost of goods.
- Exceptionally good at managing and maintaining warehouse inventories - accurate, fixed locations, visible and physical controls.
- Good at maintaining and executing our Cycle Count Program (CCT) - to ensure inventory accuracy.
Ideally, your background would include some, if not all, the attributes listed below:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- APICS CPIM certification is not required but a huge plus.
- Minimum six (6) months of related experience or training - hands on experience in a high-volume repetitive manufacturing environment using MRP - Materials Requirements Planning.
- An associates degree is a big plus, but not a requirement.
- 6-9 months of direct use of a traditional ERP / MRP systems is necessary.

Salary: $21 - $24.00 per hour
