Scheduling Associate

The Scheduling Associate at Koozie Group supports the Scheduling & Coordination team by creating, updating, and communicating daily production schedules for promotional products. This role balances order priorities, capacity, and material availability to ensure on-time delivery and efficient workflow across manufacturing lines. The associate tracks order status, resolves scheduling conflicts, and partners closely with production, customer service, and logistics.
