• Set up, operate, and maintain casting equipment, CNC machinery, automatic loaders, and automated production systems
• Work with advanced manufacturing technology, including Fanuc robotics
• Perform inspections, reporting, packaging, shipping, and material handling
• Operate forklifts and precision measuring equipment
• Work with molten metal and specialty alloys
• Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment checks
• Monitor quality standards and production requirements
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Push, pull, bend, and reach throughout the shift

• Wear required PPE and pass respirator fit-testing
• Obtain Fork Truck Certification within 90 days

After completing 60 working days through Express Employment Professionals, you'll transition to the company's payroll and become eligible for union benefits.
