We are hiring for a variety of Production
, Warehouse
, Packaging
, Material Handling
, and Machine Support positions within a growing manufacturing environment. These roles involve supporting daily production operations, preparing products for shipment, maintaining quality standards, moving materials throughout the facility, and working as part of a team to meet production goals.
Associates may be assigned to various departments based on business needs and experience. Duties can include operating production equipment
, inspecting finished products
, packaging and labeling materials
, replenishing inventory
, supporting shipping and receiving functions
, monitoring production processes
, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace
. These positions offer opportunities to learn new skills and grow within a stable manufacturing setting.
- 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:00pm
- 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-2:00pm plus every other Friday (6-hour shift)
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:00am
- 3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7:00pm-5:00am
- Weekend Crew:
Friday-Sunday, 5:00am-5:00pm
- Starting pay ranges from $17.25-$19.00 per hour
- +$1.25/hour
- +$1.75/hour
- +$1.75/hour
- Weekly paychecks every Friday
- Operate production equipment and manufacturing machinery
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Perform quality inspections to ensure product specifications are met
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
- Safely operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment as assigned
- Supply production lines with materials and inventory
- Read work orders and follow production schedules
- Monitor machine performance and report operational issues
- Assist with screen printing, digital printing, heat transfer, embroidery, and specialty product production
- Complete required production paperwork accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or assembly experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
