Koozie Group, operated by Scribe OpCo Inc, seeks a Manufacturing Automation Technician to support automated production lines for branded promotional products. In this role, you will install, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and robotics to maximize uptime, quality, and safety. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, document changes, and collaborate with engineering and production teams on continuous improvement. This position supports our culture of innovation, sustainability, and employee growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Install, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and robotic systems on production lines
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment to minimize downtime
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement repairs
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams on process improvements and new equipment integration
- Update and maintain documentation for control programs, schematics, and maintenance activities
- Support safety, quality, and sustainability initiatives across manufacturing operations
- Train operators and maintenance staff on proper use and basic troubleshooting of automation systems
