Job Description

Full time permanent Production Welder/Fabricator.

Require reliable motivated individual with experience in GMAW, FCAW, and blueprint reading.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality welds using GMAW (MIG) and FCAW (Flux-Cored) processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding symbols to execute projects accurately.
• Fabricate and assemble large-scale items, managing physical demands such as bending, lifting, and welding in tight or hard-to-reach areas.
• Operate independently to complete specialized tasks while seamlessly collaborating with the larger production team when required.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure all finished products meet quality inspections.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in GMAW, FCAW, and structural fabrication.
• Strong blueprint reading skills with high attention to detail.
• Physical capability to handle some moderate lifting, bending, and working in awkward or restricted positions.
• Strong work ethic, characterized by reliability, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
• Adaptability to transition smoothly between solo fabrication work and team-based production
