Production Associate

Koozie Group is seeking a Production Associate 2 to support daily manufacturing of promotional products in a fast-paced environment. You will operate basic production equipment, assemble and package items, follow work orders, and ensure products meet quality and branding standards. Responsibilities include inspecting materials, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and meeting production goals. You'll collaborate with team members, follow safety and sustainability practices, and support continuous improvement as we deliver branded merchandise for customers across North America.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic production and assembly equipment for promotional products
• Follow work orders and specifications to assemble, decorate, and package items
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and brand standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following safety guidelines
• Meet daily production, accuracy, and efficiency targets
• Handle materials, supplies, and finished goods, including basic inventory tasks
• Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to support workflow and on-time order completion
• Follow standard operating procedures and continuous improvement practices
• Support sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives on the production floor
