  Shift: Monday
  - Thursday, 5:45 AM - 2:45 PM;
  Friday, 5:45 AM - 9:45 AM
• 2nd
  
  Shift: Monday
  - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • Includes a $0.50/hr. shift differential for all hours worked on 2nd shift.

• 1st Shift: $16.00/hr.
• 2nd Shift: $16.50/hr. (includes $0.50/hr. shift differential)

• Remove excess paint, touch up parts, and inspect finished products for quality
• Identify defects, complete production paperwork, and take corrective action as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable using hand tools and working with small components
• Ability to follow visual and written instructions accurately
• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred
• Basic documentation and quality control skills
• Team-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality standards
