Demonstrate the One Best Way customer service model and manage customer service initiatives including community outreach;
Drive store financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, inventory, and shrink to meet sales and profit goals;
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing performance and promoting a culture of belonging.
