Compensation:
Starting hourly pay $21.50 – $23.50; full hourly range $21.50 – $36.55. Pay is based on labor markets and may consider education, experience, certifications.

Role Overview

The Service and Engagement Team Leader is responsible for building a guest‑first culture and driving loyalty programs while leading a team of testers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Guest Advocates, Service Advocates and Front‑of‑Store Attendants.
  • Demonstrate inclusivity and create equitable experiences.
  • Plan daily/weekly workload to meet sales and guest engagement goals.
  • Support Target Loyalty Programs and educate team members on benefits.
  • Coach, evaluate and retain talent through development conversations.
  • Recognize and reward team members for guest‑service behaviors.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and de‑escalate situations.
  • Maintain awareness of promotions, brand launches and events.
  • Evaluate candidates and build a guest‑centric team.
  • Work a schedule that aligns to business needs, including overnight, holidays and weekends.
  • Support pick‑up and drive‑up orders, ensuring compliance with local beverage laws.
  • Lead a safety culture, model safe behaviors, and investigate incidents.
  • Support merchandise protection strategies and store security processes.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to operate technology equipment.
  • Work independently and manage workload.
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude.
  • Capability to remain focused in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Access all areas of the building and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds and climb ladders.
  • Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
