The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $42,000-$54,600 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. This role is based onsite for daily in-person work.

The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator has a key role in coordinating inventory, receiving, and material transactions to support efficient warehouse and production operations. Works with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies, ensure material availability, and maintain accurate records. Supports shipping, inventory control, and administrative processes to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Process vendor credits, invoice receiving issues, and material discrepancies with vendors, Purchasing, Quality, and Accounts Payable.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, adjustments, inventory deductions, and year-end inventory support.
• Monitor inventory shortages and replenishments, communicate material availability, and coordinate deliveries to production and warehouse locations.
• Perform M3 transactions for receiving, inventory movements, inter-warehouse transfers, returns, and system updates.
• Coordinate shipping and logistics activities, including delivery scheduling, truck reports, tickets, Bills of Lading, and shipment documentation.
• Support material planning activities by resolving kanban issues, assisting with kit orders, and communicating Bill of Material inaccuracies.
• Provide warehouse administrative support through reporting, communications, equipment and supply coordination, and serving as a point of contact for operational issues.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods during shifts.
