We are looking for full‑time Automotive Mechanics to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Tucker, GA area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

As Mavis's leaders in undercar repairs, Automotive Mechanics are trusted to inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services on customers' vehicles. Duties include undercar repairs such as brakes, struts, and shocks, completing state‑mandated inspections, changing oil and filters, checking fluids, replacing worn parts, and dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.

Minimum requirements:

age 18 or older, legal authorization to work in the United States, at least 2 years of automotive repair and maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, and an extensive personal tool set for undercar repairs.

Preferred qualifications:

state inspection license(s) and ASE certifications in Automotive Maintenance & Light Repair (G1), Suspension & Steering (A4), and Brakes (A5).

Physical requirements:

the position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, pulling, reaching, and repeating movements consistent with vehicle maintenance and automotive repair. Mechanics must regularly lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds.
