We are seeking a seasoned professional to step into a temporary role within our dedicated Children in Our Care Team. You will be responsible for holding and managing a caseload of children who are under the care of the Local Authority. These young people are placed in various settings, including Foster Care, Kinship placements, Residential settings, and Semi-support Living arrangements.

• Manage a diverse caseload of children in the care of the Local Authority.
• Collaborate with foster carers, residential staff, and semi-support living providers to ensure the best outcomes for children.
• Conduct assessments and reviews to monitor the progress and well-being of children.
• Develop and implement care plans in partnership with children, families, and other agencies.
• Advocate for the children’s needs and ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and procedures.
