We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Claims Processor which is responsible for the successful submission of warranty claims to include pre-approval, proof of purchase, extended warranty, and any documentation for successful claims.

• Process and submit warranty claims accurately and within required deadlines.
• Review repair orders, invoices, labor, and parts for compliance.
• Track claim status and follow up on pending or denied claims.
• Maintain accurate and organized claim records.
• Communicate with customers, technicians, and vendors.
• Assist with documentation requests.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office, or similar).
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines.

• Experience in processing warranty claims is preferred but not required.

• Prolonged Sitting:
  This role involves extensive periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (up to 8 hours)
• Occasionally lift files or parts up to 25 lbs.
