Summit Painting LLC is seeking a Virtual Office Manager to join their team. With over 20 years in business, Summit Painting is dedicated to continued success and is looking for a motivated individual to contribute to their growth. This role offers flexible hours, primarily weekday mornings, with the potential for full-time employment in the future.
About the RoleThe Office Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, provide weekly updates to ownership, and collaborate with the on‑site project manager in Colorado. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing job‑related information, and supporting the company's expansion goals, which may involve researching new branch locations and assisting with other company ventures.
Responsibilities- Manage daily office tasks: answering phones, responding to emails, updating online platforms, relaying messages, and sending scheduling reminders.
- Handle specific office duties: proofreading project estimates, coordinating customer schedules, reconciling invoices, researching products for management, and problem‑solving with clients.
- Communicate with management and ownership regarding project updates.
- Conduct weekly in‑person meetings with ownership.
