Pay: $16.90 per hour base pay, with the potential to increase earnings through a production pay rate of $18.50 per flat-rate hour.

Schedule:

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Perform quality inspections and road tests to ensure repairs are done right.
• Accurately document repairs, findings, and labor performed.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safety-focused.
• Stay current with training, certifications, and the latest automotive technology.
• Work alongside a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Bring

• 6+ months of automotive experience preferred, but we're willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to build a successful career in the automotive industry.
