Job Summary
Responsible for delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues up to $20million. Builds and deepens relationships with high‑value and opportunity clients, supports profitability growth, and drives new client acquisition through prospecting, networking, and referral development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end‑to‑end client journey to deliver on client needs and drive sales opportunities while mitigating risk.
- Identify and refer specialized small‑business opportunities and solutions while conducting relationship reviews.
- Maintain a branded customer experience, spending a minimum of 80% of time in the field.
- Foster relationships with partner groups (Merchant, Practice Solutions, Treasury, Business Banking) to increase opportunities.
- Advise clients on credit, digital capabilities and solutions that support short‑ and long‑term goals.
- Support execution of the sales delivery model to achieve performance targets and growth of the Small Business segment.
- Coach, develop, guide, and provide feedback to associates and clients, embodying a client‑ and employee‑centric culture.
- Proven success in consultative sales within financial services or B2B environments.
- Ability to improve business financial outcomes via analysis of financial statements and recommendation of levers.
- Passion for outside sales and prospecting.
- Experience analyzing client financial condition and industry trends.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Portfolio management focused on relationship development and deepening.
- In‑depth knowledge of small‑business financial products and services.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and banking systems.
- Community leadership involvement.
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or economics (preferred) or seven years relevant work experience.

CompensationAnnualized base salary: $75,000.00 - $ (based on experience, education, skill set). Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan.
