Your Role
The Product Lifecycle team focus is on the production of legally binding documents for Group Medicare Advantage. The Product Implementation Analyst, Senior will report to the Director. In this role you will implement new or revised products;
Identify issues and develop improvements, modifications, and enhancements related to operational workflows. Manage the development of regulated materials.
- Requires a college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
- May have practical knowledge of project management
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Track and meet key deliverable dates
- Attention to detail/quality assurance
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience documenting process and procedures
This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.
Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
