Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

We’re hiring a Project Manager to take ownership of a healthcare construction project in Redding, CA
. This is a critical role for a PM who is strong in project financials, execution, and healthcare construction
, and who can step into an active project and lead with confidence.

Strong preference for candidates with healthcare and commercial construction experience
.

• Own day-to-day execution of a complex healthcare construction project
• Fully manage project financials
  , including:
• Job cost reporting
• Budget tracking & forecasting
• Cost projections
• Pay applications and billing
• Administer and ensure compliance with owner and GC contracts
• Coordinate with in-house architects
  , subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Manage site logistics, procurement, and material/equipment approvals
• Lead subcontractors to ensure schedule, quality, and budget adherence
• Enforce quality control and site safety programs
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed
• Lead project close-out and documentation
• Ensure compliance with California healthcare construction requirements
• OSHPD / HCAI experience is a major plus
• Report to the Project Executive and collaborate closely with senior leadership
• Step into an active project with multiple moving parts and hit the ground running

• 5–8+ years as a Project Manager
• Healthcare & commercial ground-up construction experience
• Strong financial and cost-control skills
• Experience with large, complex projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
