Gate / Parking Attendant
Department: Moorage
Reports To: Guest Relations Director
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Gate/Parking Attendant to welcome guests, direct traffic, and process park and launch pass payments. This position plays an important role in creating a positive first impression of our resort.
Responsibilities- Greet guests and provide directions and resort information
- Accept payments and accurately handle cash transactions
- Operate register and count back change correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier booth
- Follow safety procedures and provide excellent guest service
- Must be 18 years or older
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and team-focused
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
