Scheduling​/Front Desk

O2 Employment Services is working with a local reputable dealership to find their next Receptionist/ Appointment Scheduler in the Service Department. This is a full‑time position.

• $18/hr with the opportunity for growth
• Full time, Monday through Friday

• An understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
• The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management.
• Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer, technician, and service advisor; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.
• Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
• Keeping customers informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses.
• All other duties as assigned
