Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Position Overview
Full‑time role, 8‑hour morning shift (day), Monday‑Friday, competitive pay starting $22 DOE. National Seating & Mobility (NSM) serves a special mission, offering team members the opportunity to directly impact clients’ lives. We provide the best care for clients' unique needs and focus on 360‑degree Complex Mobility Solutions, customizing power wheelchairs, ensuring independence and safety in the home, and servicing equipment to keep clients moving.
NSM operates in over 200 cities across Canada and is expanding.

- Answer phone calls and manage phone requests and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
- Order management, coordinating with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and caregivers.
- Assist in completing work orders, ensuring all necessary client information is documented, equipment detail entry, and verifying eligibility for funding.
- Perform a variety of data entry and clerical support tasks, assist with physical inventory, and accept delivery of goods when necessary.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer proficiency.
