Client Resource Representative; Call Center

Our Client Resource Center (Call Center) is looking for a full-time 40‑hr position for our Redding location. Outgoing, goal‑oriented individual to join our fast‑paced team today. Call Center and/or banking, office experience required. Experience in customer service capacity a plus. Knowledge of general office practices and personal computer operations including Word and Excel, spreadsheet and email software programs required. Must possess strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Must have excellent customer service and phone skills. Must have the ability to work in a high‑paced team environment, with the ability to multi‑task and to establish and maintain customer relationships. Salary range for this position is $20.00/hr to $26.00/hr DOE.

Completion of high school or equivalent.

1 year of call center and/or other related experience required, 2 or more years preferred. Knowledge of general office practices and personal computer operations including Word and Excel, spreadsheet and email software programs.
