• Customer service: acknowledge, greet patients on arrival and dismissal
• Respond to patient questions or concerns according to company policies
• Answering telephones
• Scheduling appointments
• Maintaining appointment book
• Confirming appointments
• Follow up on no-shows or cancellations
• Register patients on sign-in sheet
• Chart filing
• Cash handling
• Checking voicemail daily
• Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
• Perform duties as requested by the Office Manager or the PDM
• Support strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growth
• All other duties as assigned
