GATEWAY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT  SCHOOL YEAR: PARAPROFESSIONAL IV - Buckeye School of the Arts Behavior Intervention 6.5 hrs/day Monday - Friday - 8 am - 3 pm (1/2 hour unpaid lunch break) SALARY: $19.16 - $26.14 per/hr - Range E (Includes vacation factor) 182 Work Days (14 District paid holidays)
* Special qualifications including knowledge, skills & abilities:

- Must possess a valid California Driver License, have reliable transportation and be insurable at standard rates;

- Must participate in District provided training. Such training may include, but is not limited to Pro-Act, LRP Modules (or another form of online training), training in Behavior Management Techniques and Physical Restraint;

- Knowledge of basic behavior management principles and practices preferred;

- Ability to analyze situations including instruction, class and behavior management, implement an effective course of action, and monitor student progress. Applicant must meet the requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act. Proof of meeting requirements must be attached to application. Applications must be submitted through the Edjoin website.
